Allow me to begin with my own personal experience in physical fitness. My name is Marlena Santiago and I was once 90 pounds heavier than I am today. I'm happy to tell you that with the right fitness programs and an optimistic mindset, I finally lost my excess weight and gained even better health. With my new found appreciation for health and wellness I became inspired to help others achieve their own fitness goals. My primary goal is to make my clients feel accomplished and successful in a comfortable and supportive environment.

ABOUT ME:

I started my career in 2007 as a group fitness instructor. I realized I had a passion for fitness and I wanted to expand within the fitness field. In 2012, I became certified as a personal trainer. Over the years I have learned that fitness is about mobility, mindful eating, mental health, and feeling confident in the skin you are in. My passion is working with clients to promote a healthy functional lifestyle that will last a lifetime.
