It will be two years in June since I have had my back surgery. I couldn’t have PT for 3 months after surgery. When I was ready I used Marlena 2-3 times per week. She is so knowledgeable and helped me tremendously with different exercises to build the strength in my back. I can now walk 4 miles 5 times a week.
