Small Group Programs
- Senior Wellness - Active Daily Living Skills, Coordination, Mobility, Strength, Balance, Stamina
- Chair Yoga/Stretching Programs- Mobility, Flexibility, Posture, Strength, Balance, Core Stability
- Functional Strength Training- Mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscles groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient human beings.
- Low-Impact Strength Training- Low-impact exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness, this makes them suitable for a wide range of people. The exercises are gentle on the joints while still providing a muscle building workout.
- Total Resistance Exercise (TRX)- A functional fitness tool that helps you get a full-body workout and minimize impact. Suspension Training destabilizes your body, forcing your core and joint stabilizers to engage to keep you from toppling or buckling during a move.
- Kettlebell Training- Kettlebell training combines strength training with a high-intensity cardio workout, giving you an overall full-body workout.
